Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the possibility of a third person utilizing a terminal device while lightening a load on a user involved in authentication.SOLUTION: A wearing type terminal device 10 measures the displacement of an arm of a user and the height of its own position, and sends displacement data and height data to a wireless communication terminal device 20 when being paired with a wireless communication terminal device 20. The wireless communication terminal device 20 measures its own displacement and the height of its own position (S1-S7). The wireless communication terminal device 20 makes determination on whether or not the wireless communication terminal device 20 is displaced, according to the variation in position of the arm AR (S9). In the step S9, if the determination is "YES", the wireless communication terminal device 20 determines an inter-terminal device distance (S10).
