Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and innovative downstream injector configuration that avoids impacting annulus cooling.SOLUTION: A downstream nozzle for use in a combustor that includes: an inner radial wall 24 defining a combustion zone at a downstream side of a primary nozzle; and an outer radial wall 25 surrounding the inner radial wall so as to form a flow annulus 28 therebetween is provided. The downstream nozzle 45 may include: an injector tube extending between the outer radial wall and the inner radial wall; and a first plenum located adjacent to the injector tube and including a ceiling part and a floor part disposed at the inner side of the ceiling part and between the inner radial wall and the outer radial wall.
