Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate a repeatedly executable sequence when a plurality of pieces of the same articles are produced.SOLUTION: A sequence generation method includes the steps of: generating a first reference sequence which starts in a start state and ends in an end state according to a start state and an end state of a predetermined sequence and an operation condition of sequence control; generating a start state and an end state of a new sequence by changing the start state and the end state used in generating the first reference sequence while using a predetermined rule; generating a second reference sequence which starts in a start state and ends in an end state which are newly generated, according to the operation condition; comparing execution time of a repetition part of the first reference sequence with that of the second reference sequence; and determining, when the execution times of a repetition part of the first and second reference sequences are the same, a repetition part of the second reference sequences as a sequences of a generation result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】同一の製品を複数個製造する場合に、繰り返し実行可能なシーケンスを自動的に生成する。【解決手段】所定のシーケンスの開始状態と終了状態と、シーケンス制御の動作条件に従って、開始状態で開始し、終了状態で終了する第1の基準のシーケンスを生成するステップと、予め定められるルールを用いて、第1の基準のシーケンスの生成に利用した開始状態と終了状態を変更して新たなシーケンスの開始状態と終了状態を生成するステップと、動作条件に従って、新たに生成された開始状態で開始し、終了状態で終了する第2の基準のシーケンスを生成するステップと、第1の基準のシーケンスと第2の基準のシーケンスの繰り返し部分の実行時間とを比較するステップと、第1の基準のシーケンスと第2の基準のシーケンスの繰り返し部分の実行時間が同一であるとき、第2の基準のシーケンスの繰り返し部分を生成結果のシーケンスとして決定するステップとを有する。【選択図】図1 |
