Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boarding device for a sea-based stop for a vessel at low cost by which it is possible to get on and off a vessel safely even by a wheelchair.SOLUTION: A boarding device 1 for a sea-based stop includes: a frame body 7 installed along a wharf 31 at a sea-based stop in which an entrance 3 is provided at the upper part on the wharf 31 side, and a boarding place 5 is provided at the lower part on the sea side; a cage body 9 provided to the frame body 7 so as to move upward and downward; a driving device for driving the cage body 9; and an operation control device 11 for controlling the operation of the cage body 9.
