PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for adequately controlling carrier aggregation in a radio communication system in which there are a user device regarding which countermeasures for harmonics are taken and a user device regarding which countermeasures for harmonics are not taken.SOLUTION: An aspect of the present invention relates to a user device with a carrier aggregation function.
