PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety information distribution device capable of appropriately executing safety confirmation among members of a group while reducing cost required for collecting personal information and managing the same.SOLUTION: A server device 3: acquires a medium identification code read from a medium 1 carried by an object person who conducts preliminary registration with respect to safety confirmation; stores a medium identification code DB321, where one or more read medium identification codes are associated with each of the objective person, in a storage section 32; and also stores group information DB322 where a plurality of designated object persons are associated with each other as group constituent members in the storage section 32. When safety confirmation needs to be conducted, the server device 3: confirms safety of the object person corresponding to the medium identification code by acquiring the same from the medium 1 carried by the object person; and notifies the constituent members of the group to which the object person whose safety is confirmed belongs of the safety of the object person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】個人情報の収集や管理に要するコストを削減しつつ、グループ間での安否確認を好適に実行可能な安否情報配信装置を提供する。【解決手段】サーバ装置３は、安否確認に関する事前登録を行う対象者が所持する媒体１から読み取られた媒体識別コードを取得する。また、サーバ装置３は、読み取られた一つ以上の媒体識別コードを対象者ごとに対応付けた媒体識別コードＤＢ３２１を記憶部３２に記憶する。また、サーバ装置３は、指定された複数の対象者をグループの構成員として関連付けたグループ情報ＤＢ３２２を記憶部３２に記憶する。安否確認の必要が生じた後では、サーバ装置３は、対象者が所持する媒体１から媒体識別コードを取得することで、当該媒体識別コードに対応する対象者の生存を確認する。そして、サーバ装置３は、生存が確認された対象者が属するグループの構成員に当該対象者の生存を通知する。【選択図】図６
