Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fractionation liquid chromatograph device and a fractionation condition search method which facilitate setting of a fractionation condition.SOLUTION: The invention is configured so that: a sample which is subjected to component separation in a time direction in a separation column 8 is introduced to a detector 9 and a fraction collector 10; and based on a detection result of the detector 9, the respective components are fractionated and collected in the fraction collector 10. A control/processing part 20 stores chromatograph data which is obtained by executing a liquid chromatograph analysis of a fractionation condition search mode under a search condition for each kind of standard sample, chromatograph data which is obtained by executing a liquid chromatograph analysis of a fractionation mode under one or plural fractionation conditions for each kind of standard sample, and fractionation conditions of the time, by compiling the data into a database for each sample or for each component, refers to the database based on an index designated by a user and the chromatograph obtained by the liquid chromatograph analysis of the fractionation condition search mode regarding a target sample, and then determines a fractionation condition of the target sample.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
