Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular wheel in which, even if a member of light weight is used, peeling between members, abrupt breakage, or the like does not occur for excellent mechanical strength characteristic, and further, it is possible to provide both lighter weight and better design property.SOLUTION: A wheel base part 2 of metal (wheel base part (A)) in which a wheel fixing part 21 and a rim part 23 are connected by a spoke body 22 constituting a disc part, and a disc reinforcing member 3 (disc reinforcing member (B)) made from fiber reinforced resin are bonded with an adhesive (C) whose tensile rupture elongation is 1% or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軽量の部材を用いた場合でも、部材間の剥離や急激な破壊などが生じることがなく、優れた機械的強度特性が得られ、さらに、軽量化や意匠性をも両立させることが可能な車両用ホイールを提供する。【解決手段】ホイール固定部21とリム部23とがディスク部を構成するスポーク体22で接続されてなる金属製のホイール基部2(ホイール基部(A))と、繊維強化樹脂からなるディスク補強部材3(ディスク補強部材(B))とが、引張破断伸度が1%以上の接着剤(C)を介して接着されてなる。【選択図】図1 |
