PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a surface protection film for a transparent conductive film, in which an adhesive layer maintains the smoothness of the surface and has excellent handleability even when stuck on the transparent conductive film, the appearance defects caused by the surface protection film are improved in the production and processing process of the transparent conductive film and the productivity in the production process of a transparent electrode for a touch panel is satisfactory; and a transparent conductive film using the surface protection film.SOLUTION: There is provided a surface protection film 5 for a transparent conductive film which is used by sticking on the other surface of a transparent conductive film in which a transparent conductive film is formed on one surface of a resin film, wherein the surface protection film 5 has an adhesive layer 2 laminated on one surface of a substrate film 1 using an isocyanate-based crosslinking agent and an acrylic adhesive containing a crosslinking catalyst, the adhesive layer has a storage modulus at 30°C of 4.0×10Pa or more and the reaction rate K of the adhesive layer at 15 minutes after starting drying the adhesive layer is 75% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】粘着剤層が表面の平滑性を維持し、透明導電性フィルムに貼り合わせても優れたハンドリング性を有し、透明導電性フィルムの製造・加工工程において、表面保護フィルムに起因する外観の欠点不良が改善され、かつ、タッチパネル用透明電極製造工程での生産性が良好な、透明導電性フィルム用表面保護フィルム及びそれを用いた透明導電性フィルムの提供。【解決手段】樹脂フィルムの一方の面に透明導電膜が形成された透明導電性フィルムの、他方の面に貼合して使用される透明導電性フィルム用表面保護フィルム５であって、基材フィルム１の片面に、イソシアネート系架橋剤および架橋触媒を含むアクリル系粘着剤を用いて積層された粘着剤層２を有し、前記粘着剤層の３０℃での貯蔵弾性率が４．０?１０５Ｐａ以上であり、かつ前記粘着剤層の乾燥開始１５分後の前記粘着剤層の反応率Ｋが７５％以上である透明導電性フィルム用表面保護フィルム。【選択図】図１
