Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a surface protection film for a transparent conductive film, in which an adhesive layer maintains the smoothness of the surface and has excellent handleability even when stuck to a transparent conductive film, the appearance defects caused by the surface protection film are improved in the production and processing steps of the transparent conductive film and the productivity in the production step of a transparent electrode for a touch panel is satisfactory; and a transparent conductive film using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a surface protection film 5 for a transparent conductive film which is used by sticking on the other surface of the transparent conductive film in which a transparent conducting layer is formed on one surface of a resin film, wherein an adhesive layer 2 laminated on one surface of a substrate film 1 is formed using an acrylic resin composition and an adhesive containing a crosslinking agent and a crosslinking catalyst, the storage modulus at 30°C of the adhesive layer after aging at 40°C for 5 days is 4.0×10Pa or more and the storage modulus b and a at 30°C at 15 minutes after starting drying satisfy the relation of 0.9≤a/b≤1.3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】粘着剤層が表面の平滑性を維持し、透明導電性フィルムに貼り合わせても優れたハンドリング性を有し、透明導電性フィルムの製造・加工工程において、表面保護フィルムに起因する外観の欠点不良が改善され、かつ、タッチパネル用透明電極製造工程での生産性が良好な、透明導電性フィルム用表面保護フィルム及びそれを用いた透明導電性フィルムの提供。【解決手段】樹脂フィルムの一方の面に透明導電膜が形成された透明導電性フィルムの、他方の面に貼合して使用される透明導電性フィルム用表面保護フィルム5であって、基材フィルム1の片面に積層された粘着剤層2が、アクリル樹脂組成物と架橋剤および架橋触媒とを含む粘着剤を使用して形成され、40℃?5日間エージング後の粘着剤層の30℃での貯蔵弾性率aが4.0?105Pa以上であり、乾燥開始15分後の粘着剤層の30℃での貯蔵弾性率bとaとが0.9≦a/b≦1.3の関係を満たす。【選択図】図1
