Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restraint method of a gas blowing upper nozzle metal case and a gas blowing upper nozzle using the restraint method of the gas blowing upper nozzle metal case capable of reliably performing gas blowing on the gas blowing upper nozzle and capable of preventing the inside of the nozzle from being blocked by inclusion such as alumina in continuous casting of molten metal.SOLUTION: A restraint method of a gas blowing upper nozzle metal case and a gas blowing upper nozzle using the restraint method of the gas blowing upper nozzle metal case are characterized in that, in the gas blowing upper nozzle formed by gas permeable material (14, 14A) and a metal case (16), expansion of the metal case (16) to the outside is restrained by sticking a flexible belt-like fire-resistant sheet (20) over the whole circumference of the metal case (16).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、ガス吹き上ノズルにおけるガス吹き込みを確実に行い、溶融金属の連続鋳造においてアルミナなどの介在物がノズル内に閉塞することを防止することである。【解決手段】本発明によるガス吹き上ノズルメタルケースの拘束方法およびそのガス吹き上ノズルは、ガス通気性材質(14,14A)とメタルケース(16)とによって形成されるガス吹き上ノズルにおいて、可撓性のある帯状の耐火シート(20)を、前記メタルケース(16)の全周にわたって貼り付けることによって前記メタルケース(16)の外側への膨張を拘束する方法と構成である。【選択図】図1 |
