Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal apparatus capable of preventing a screen from getting into a low power state regardless of the intention of a user.SOLUTION: A first detection section 102 is disposed in the vicinity of a display unit 101 and is detectable a proximity of an object. A second detection section 103 is detectable the illuminance in the vicinity of the first detection section 102. In the call state, when the illuminance is higher than a predetermined illuminance or any proximity is not detected on the basis of the detection results made by the first detection section 102 and the second detection section 103, a control unit 104 controls a display unit 101 to be a first state. When the illuminance is lower than a predetermined illuminance and a proximity is detected, the control unit 104 controls the display unit 101 to be in a second state the power consumption of which is smaller than that in the first state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】利用者の意に反して画面が低電力状態になることを回避できる。【解決手段】第1検出部102は、表示部101の近傍に設けられ、物体の近接を検出可能である。第2検出部103は、第1検出部102の近傍の照度を検出可能である。制御部104は、通話状態時に、第1検出部102および第2検出部103による各検出結果に基づいて、照度が所定照度より高い場合、または近接が検出されていない場合に表示部101を第1状態にする。制御部104は、照度が所定照度以下であり、かつ近接が検出された場合に表示部101を第1状態より消費電力が低い第2状態にする。【選択図】図1 |
