Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy fitting and positioning of a vibration exciter to an instrument.SOLUTION: There is provided a fitting structure having a vibration exciter body 41 of a vibration exciter 40 fixed to a housing 11 of an instrument via a support part 50, where the support part includes a positioning engaging part 56A that screws a fixing screw 91 from a contact surface 54a side of the support part with which the vibration exciter body is in contact, and engages with the vibration exciter body while the vibration exciter body is in surface contact with the contact surface to regulate the movement of the vibration exciter body in a direction along the contact surface. The vibration exciter body has a head insertion hole part 436A having the dimension of the inner diameter larger than that of the head of the fixing screw, and a shank insertion hole part 436B having the dimension of the inner diameter smaller than that of the head of the fixing screw and larger than that of the shank of the fixing screw, which are formed in continuation. After the head of the fixing screw is inserted into the head insertion hole part, the vibration exciter body is moved with respect to the support part in the direction along the contact surface to insert the fixing screw into the shank insertion hole part and engage the positioning engaging part with the vibration exciter body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】楽器に対する加振器の取付作業及び位置決めを容易に行えるようにする。【解決手段】加振器40の加振器本体41が支持部50を介して楽器の筐体11に固定される取付構造において、支持部には、加振器本体が当接する支持部の当接面54a側から固定用ネジ91を螺着させると共に、加振器本体が当接面に面接触した状態で加振器本体に係合して当接面に沿う方向への加振器本体の移動を規制する位置決め係合部56Aを設ける。加振器本体には、固定用ネジの頭部よりも大きい内径寸法の頭部挿通孔部436Aと、固定用ネジの頭部よりも小さく、固定用ネジの軸部よりも大きい内径寸法の軸部挿通孔部436Bとを連ねて形成する。そして、固定用ネジの頭部を頭部挿通孔部に挿通させた後に、加振器本体を支持部に対して当接面に沿う方向移動させることで、固定用ネジを軸部挿通孔部に挿入させると共に、位置決め係合部を加振器本体に係合させる。【選択図】図3 |
