Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt supply device that is suitable for an automatic construction machine for a product assembled in a clean room that maintains cleanness at high level, is compact and has little slide, like fluid control equipment for a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus.SOLUTION: A bolt supply device 1 which holds a bolt 2 and supplies the bolt 2 to another equipment, and has a circle shape includes: a bolt holding member 11 including a groove 12 which has an axis in parallel with an axis of a circle and has a spiral shape from the vicinity of a center of a circle toward an outer shaft, and a bolt supporting section 13 which is formed on the groove and has a width smaller than the groove; and a driving member 21 including a power transmission section 23 for receiving another power, and a pushing section 22 which pushes and moves a bolt held in the bolt holding member in response to power received in the power transmission section along a spiral-shaped groove formed in the bolt holding member, in an outer peripheral direction or an inner peripheral direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】半導体製造装置用の流体制御機器のように、清浄度を高く維持されたクリーンルーム内で組立される製品向けの自動施工機に適したコンパクトかつ摺動の少ないボルト供給装置を提供する。【解決手段】ボルト2を保持して他の機器に供給する円形のボルト供給装置1であり、円の軸と平行な軸を持ち、且つ円の中心付近から外軸方向に向う螺旋形状の溝12と、当該溝に形成され、当該溝より幅狭のボルト保持部13、からなるボルト保持部材11と、他の動力を受ける動力伝達部23と、前記動力伝達部が受けた動力に応じて、ボルト保持部材に保持されたボルトを、ボルト保持部材に形成された螺旋形状の溝に沿って、外周方向又は内周方向に押し込んで移動させる押し込み部22、からなる駆動部材21、からなる。【選択図】図1
