Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coherence tomography device capable of solving at least one of conventional technologies, and a fundus image processing program.SOLUTION: The optical coherence tomography device includes an OCT optical system for detecting an A scan signal due to interference by measurement light scanned on a subject by scanning means and reference light corresponding to the measurement light, and image processing means for acquiring three-dimensional OCT data in which the A scan signal at each scanning position is arrayed in a two-dimensional manner, and processing the acquired three-dimensional OCT data to generate an OCT front image. In the optical coherence tomography device, the image processing means acquires a histogram of the A scan signal at each scanning position, and forms an OCT front image on the basis of the acquired histogram.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
