Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger and a heat exchange system which are highly efficient and have good maintainability by using waste heat of not only hot water and spring water but various types of gas and liquid, including industrial waste hot water.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger is constructed in such a manner in that a plurality of heat collection panels each including an upper and lower lateral headers, a plurality of vertical pipes arranged in parallel between the upper and lower lateral headers, and a vertical header which sends a heat medium to the lower lateral header, are arranged in parallel in a direction orthogonal to a heat collection face formed by the plurality of vertical pipes, and the heat medium is supplied from a top header communicating with each of the plurality of heat collection panels to each of the plurality of heat collection panels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 温水や源泉水だけでなく、産業用排湯水を始めとする各種の気体及び液体の排熱を用いて、高効率で保守性の高い熱交換器及び熱交換システムを提供する。【解決手段】 熱交換器は、上下の横ヘッダと、上下の横ヘッダ間に並列に配置された複数の縦管と、下側の横ヘッダに熱媒を送る縦ヘッダとを有する複数の集熱パネルを、複数の縦管によって形成される集熱面と直交する方向に並列に配置し、複数の集熱パネルの各々と連通する頂部ヘッダから複数の集熱パネルの各々に熱媒を供給するように構成される。【選択図】 図1
