Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control film that improves adhesion between a resin matrix and a substrate to exert a stable light control function.SOLUTION: There is provided a light control film having two transparent conductive resin substrates 4 that each have a transparent conductive film 5a and a transparent resin substrate 5b, and a light control layer 1 that is held between conductive film sides of the two transparent conductive resin substrates, where the light control layer is a light control film having a resin matrix 2 and a light control suspension dispersed in the resin matrix; at least one of the two transparent conductive resin substrates has a primer layer 6 on its transparent conductive surface; the transparent conductive film of one of the transparent conductive resin substrates having the primer layer is cut by a cutting line to have a shape of a picture or a character; the cutting line has a shape in which the starting point of cutting and the end point of cutting are connected with each other and is electrically insulated from the transparent conductive film of the transparent conductive resin substrate around the shape of a picture or a character.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】樹脂マトリックスと基材との密着性を向上させ、安定した調光機能を発揮する調光フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】透明導電膜5aと透明樹脂基材5bとを有する透明導電性樹脂基材4を2つ、及び、2つの透明導電性樹脂基材の導電膜側で挟持された調光層1を有し、調光層が、樹脂マトリックス2と樹脂マトリックス中に分散した光調整懸濁液とを含む調光フィルムであって、2つの透明導電性樹脂基材の少なくとも一方の、透明導電膜面にプライマー層6を有し、プライマー層がある側の一方の透明導電性樹脂基材における透明導電膜が、絵又は文字の形状を有するように切り込み線により切断されており、且つ切り込み線は、切り込み始点と切り込み終点とが閉じた形状であり、絵又は文字の形状の周囲の透明導電性樹脂基材の透明導電膜から電気的に絶縁されている調光フィルムとする。【選択図】図1
