Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a polyol composition having excellent storage stability and dispersion stability and good handling performance; a vinyl chloride polymer latex for producing the polyol composition; and a method for producing a polyol composition using the vinyl chloride polymer latex.SOLUTION: There are provided: a vinyl chloride polymer latex containing 0.2 to 8 pts.wt. of a phosphoric acid ester or a phosphoric acid ester salt based on 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride polymer in which the vinyl chloride polymer has a volume average particle diameter ("MV" value) of 0.2 to 2 μm; a polyol composition having a viscosity of 10000 mPa s or less and containing 0.2 to 8 pts.wt. of a phosphoric acid ester or a phosphoric acid ester salt based on 100 pts.wt. of the vinyl chloride polymer in which a vinyl chloride polymer having a volume average particle diameter ("MV" value) of 0.3 to 5 μm contains 5 to 50 wt.% of a polyol composition in the polymer; and a method for producing the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 保存安定性と分散安定性に優れ、かつ、ハンドリング性能が良好なポリオール組成物、当該ポリオール組成物を製造するための塩化ビニルポリマーラテックス及び当該塩化ビニルポリマーラテックスを用いたポリオール組成物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 塩化ビニルポリマー100重量部に対して、リン酸エステル又はリン酸エステル塩を0.2〜8重量部含有し、塩化ビニルポリマーの体積平均粒子径([MV]値)が0.2〜2μmであることを特徴とする塩化ビニルポリマーラテックス、体積平均粒子径([MV]値)が0.3〜5μmである塩化ビニルポリマーが、ポリオール中にポリオール組成物に対して5〜50重量%含有し、かつ、該塩化ビニルポリマー100重量部に対して、リン酸エステル又はリン酸エステル塩を0.2〜8重量部含有し、粘度が10000mPa・s以下であるポリオール組成物、及びその製造方法。【選択図】 なし
