Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane-(meth)acrylate composite resin and an aqueous dispersion of the composite resin, which can maintain excellent characteristics without damaging a film formed therefrom, even when the resin comes into contact with an oily component, and polyurethane as a raw material of the composite resin.SOLUTION: The polyurethane is produced from a polyol component comprising a polyether polyol, and a polyhydric isocyanate component, in which the polyether polyol includes a constituent unit derived from at least one dicarboxylic acid selected from the group consisting of phthalic acid, isophthalic acid and terephthalic acid. From a mixture solution of silicone oil and the polyurethane (in a weight ratio of 50/50), a film can be formed by casting at 23°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 油状成分と接触しても、形成した皮膜が損なわれることなく、優れた特性を維持できるウレタン−(メタ)アクリル複合樹脂とその水性分散液及びその原料となるポリウレタンの提供。【解決手段】ポリエステルポリオールを含むポリオール成分と、多価イソシアネート成分とから得られるポリウレタンであって、前記ポリエステルポリオールが、フタル酸、イソフタル酸及びテレフタル酸からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種のジカルボン酸由来の構成単位を有し、かつ、シリコーンオイルと前記ポリウレタンとの混合溶液(重量比50/50)から、23℃でキャスト成膜が可能であるポリウレタンを用いる。【選択図】なし |
