Summary: | PURPOSE: To provide an oil circuit relief device for an engine including a hydraulic relief valve and a temperature sensitive relief valve, capable of executing oil relief (discharge) with the aiming pressure of oil regardless of whether the temperature of the oil is high or low, and simplifying its configuration.BACKGROUND ART:CONSTITUTION: An oil circuit relief valve includes an upstream flow path 61 provided ranging from an oil pump 9 to an engine E, a hydraulic relief valve A having a valve element 1 for opening a first small relief outflow part 341 and a first large relief outflow part 342 in sequence to perform oil relief, and a temperature sensitive relief valve B having a second relief inflow part 51 and a second relief outflow part 52. In the upstream flow path 61, the hydraulic relief valve A and the temperature sensitive relief valve B are arranged in parallel to each other. A small opening area Qa of the first small relief outflow part 341 is smaller than a medium opening area Qb of the second relief outflow part 52, and a large opening area Qc of the first large relief outflow part 342 is larger than the medium opening area Qb of the second relief outflow part 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
