Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber that can be produced without adversely influencing spinning property and has an excellent heat insulation effect.SOLUTION: A functional fiber includes a thermoplastic resin containing heat-generating fine particles and far-infrared radiating fine particles, constituting at least a part of the fiber surface. The fiber contains the heat generating fine particles by 0.1 to 2.5 mass% and the far-infrared radiating fine particles by 0.1 to 2.5 mass% with respect to the whole thermoplastic resin, in which the total content of the heat generating fine particles and the far-infrared radiating fine particles is 0.2 to 3.5 mass% with respect to the whole thermoplastic resin. The fiber has a single fiber fineness of 1.5 dtex or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】紡糸操業性に悪影響を及ぼすことがなく製造可能であり、しかも優れた保温効果を備える繊維を提供する。【解決手段】 発熱性微粒子と遠赤外線放射性微粒子とを含有する熱可塑性樹脂が、繊維表面の少なくとも一部を構成する繊維であり、該熱可塑性樹脂全体に対して、発熱性微粒子を0.1〜2.5質量%、遠赤外線放射性微粒子を0.1〜2.5質量%含有し、かつ、発熱性微粒子と遠赤外線放射性微粒子の合計含有量が該熱可塑性樹脂全体に対して0.2〜3.5質量%であり、単繊維繊度が1.5デシテックス以下であることを特徴とする機能性繊維。【選択図】 なし |
