Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength conversion material that has a wider wavelength area permitting wavelength conversion on the long wavelength side as compared to ZnO:Zn, and also has superior chemical stability as compared to ZnSe, CdS and CdO, and further shows low toxicity; a base material with wavelength conversion function that has a film comprising the wavelength conversion material; a solar cell sealing material comprising the wavelength conversion material; and a solar cell module that has one or both of solar cell cover glass comprising the base material with wavelength conversion function and the solar cell sealing material.SOLUTION: A wavelength conversion material comprises a semiconductor material represented by composition formula (1-x) ZnO/x(ABO)and having a wurtzite structure or a wurtzite superstructure, where A and B are elements which can form ABOcomplex oxides, A is +1 valent element, B is +3 valent element, and x is a numeric value of 0.01-0.99.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ZnO:Znに比べ波長変換できる波長の領域が長波長側に広く、しかもZnSe、CdSおよびCdOに比べ化学的安定性に優れ、かつ毒性が低い波長変換材料;波長変換材料を含む膜を有する波長変換機能付き基材;波長変換材料を含む太陽電池用封止材;および波長変換機能付き基材からなる太陽電池用カバーガラスおよび太陽電池用封止材のいずれか一方または両方を備えた太陽電池モジュールを提供する。【解決手段】(1−x)ZnO・x(ABO2)1/2の組成式で表され、かつウルツ鉱型構造またはウルツ鉱型超構造を有する半導体材料を含む波長変換材料。ただし、AおよびBは、ABO2型複合酸化物を構成し得る元素であり、Aは、+1価の元素であり、Bは、+3価の元素であり、xは、0.01〜0.99の数値である。【選択図】図4 |
