Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a function for operating a plurality of kinds of parameter appropriately by a common operator, at a low cost.SOLUTION: A musical tone controller 1 includes a rotary operator 17a, and a CPU11. The rotary operator 17a is movable within a predetermined operation range including a reference position.
