Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical battery which is easy to set, recover and reuse a negative electrode and by which a precipitate can be prevented from being produced in an electrolyte.SOLUTION: A chemical battery comprises: an electrolyte; a battery case including an electrolyte tank in which the electrolyte is held; a negative electrode metal; and a pouch-like separator in which the negative electrode metal is held. In the chemical battery, the pouch-like separator is inserted in the electrolyte tank from an insertion opening provided in the battery case. It is preferable that a positive electrode is an air electrode, and the negative electrode metal includes zinc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
