PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission lubrication device capable of ensuring the supply of an appropriate quantity of lubricant to each portion need to lubricate.SOLUTION: A transmission lubrication device lubricating portions 47 and 48 need to lubricate within a transmission case, comprises: a lubricant supply source supplying lubricant to the portions 47 and 48 need to lubricate; and a lubricant supply passage 25 provided between the portions 47 and 48 need to lubricate and the lubricant supply source. An orifice throttle and annular clearance throttles 15 and 16 disposed downstream of the orifice throttle are provided in the lubricant supply passage 25, and the lubricant is supplied to the portions 47 and 48 need to lubricate by way of the annular clearance throttles 15 and 16, respectively. The annular clearance throttles 15 and 16 are provided preferably at positions closer to the portions 47 and 48 need to lubricate than the lubricant supply source, respectively, more preferably at positions near the portions 47 and 48 need to lubricate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】適切な量の潤滑油を要潤滑部に確実に供給することが可能な変速機の潤滑装置を提供する。【解決手段】変速機ケース内の要潤滑部を潤滑する変速機の潤滑装置であって、要潤滑部４７，４８に潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給源と、要潤滑部と潤滑油供給源との間に設けられた潤滑油供給路２５とを備える。潤滑油供給路には、オリフィス絞りと、当該オリフィス絞りの下流側に配置された環状隙間絞り１５，１６とが設けられ、潤滑油はオリフィス絞りと環状隙間絞りとを通って要潤滑部に供給される。環状隙間絞りは、好ましくは潤滑油供給源よりも要潤滑部に近い位置に設けられ、さらに好ましくは要潤滑部の近傍の位置に設けられる。【選択図】図３
