Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component transfer system which adjusts a posture of a component without using driving means such as a motor when transferring the component having a shaft part and a head part.SOLUTION: The invention provides a component transfer system S including a posture adjustment tool 1 which adjusts a posture of a component P having a shaft part PA and a head part PH; and a transfer part 2 which takes out the component P from the posture adjustment tool and transfers the component. The posture adjustment tool 1 includes: a recessed part 12 having an internal space sandwiched between a pair of upward inclination surfaces 13, 13 which face each other; a groove part 14 which is formed on a bottom of the recessed part 12 and houses the shaft part PA of the component P; and a magnet M disposed in the groove part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
