Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reverse flow of liquid from a tank storing the liquid while preventing the supply of air into the tank and the discharge of the air from the tank from being disturbed.SOLUTION: A sterilized water generator producing sterilized water by mixing a solution as a source of the sterilized water with water comprises: a sterilized water tank where the solution and water are mixed; an air supply/discharge passage connected to the sterilized water tank to supply air into the sterilized water tank and discharge the air from the sterilized water tank; and a check valve 300 provided in the air supply/discharge passage to prevent the reverse flow of the liquid from the sterilized water tank. The check valve 300 comprises: a housing part 310 into which the air passing through the air supply/discharge passage flows; a communication hole 331 provided inside the housing part 310 to allow the passage of the air flowing into the housing part 310; and a movable part 350 moving by buoyancy due to the liquid to close the communication hole 331 when the liquid flows into the housing part 310 from the sterilized water tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】液体が収容されるタンクへの空気の供給およびタンクからの空気の排出が妨げられることを抑制しながら、タンクからの液体の逆流を抑制する。【解決手段】殺菌水の元となる溶液と水とを混合して殺菌水を生成する殺菌水生成装置であって、溶液と水とを混合する殺菌水タンクと、殺菌水タンクに接続され、殺菌水タンクに空気を供給し、殺菌水タンクから空気を排出する空気供給/排出路と、空気供給/排出路に設けられ、殺菌水タンクからの液体の逆流を抑制する逆止弁300とを有し、逆止弁300は、空気供給排出路を通過する空気が流入する筐体部310と、筐体部310の内部に設けられ、筐体部310に流入した空気が通過する連通孔331と、殺菌水タンクから筐体部310に液体が流入した場合に、液体による浮力により移動して連通孔331を塞ぐ移動部350とを備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図7
