PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent processing provided according to the number of times of call paid from being performed when a result of subtraction is a negative number and a predetermined due date has been exceeded.SOLUTION: A system includes storage means for storing the number of times of call corresponding to the amount of money paid in advance, subtraction means for subtracting the number of times of call paid from the number of times of call stored in the storage means, and control means for controlling to permit execution of processing to be provided according to the number of times of call paid even when a result of the subtraction by the subtraction means becomes a negative number. When a result of the subtraction by the subtraction means is a negative number and a predetermined due date has been exceeded, the control means controls not to execute the processing to be provided according to the number of times of call paid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】減算結果が負数で、予め設定される期限を経過した場合には、支払った度数に応じて提供される処理を行わないようにする。【解決手段】予め支払った金額に相当する度数を格納する格納手段と、格納手段に格納されている度数から支払った度数を減算する減算手段と、減算手段による減算結果が負数となる場合にも支払った度数に応じて提供される処理の実行を許容するように制御する制御手段とを備え、制御手段は、前記減算手段による減算結果が負数であり、且つ、予め設定される期限を経過した場合には、支払った度数に応じて提供される処理を行わないように制御する。【選択図】図５
