Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain, for example, a fluid pressure brake device which can reduce oil hammer occurring when assisting a thrust force of a master cylinder.SOLUTION: A fluid pressure brake device includes: a cylinder; an assist piston which is housed in the cylinder so as to reciprocate, faces a fluid chamber formed in the cylinder, and is moved from one side position to the other side in a reciprocating direction by a fluid flowing from a supply source to the fluid chamber to assist a master piston of a master cylinder which generates a fluid pressure for generating a braking force; and a seal member which seals the fluid chamber and can elastically deform. The fluid chamber is divided into a first chamber communicating with the supply source and a second chamber communicating with the first chamber through a contraction passage and the seal member seals the second chamber in a state where the assist piston is in the one side position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】例えば、マスタシリンダの推力を助勢する場合に生じる油撃の低減が可能な液圧制動装置を得る。【解決手段】液圧制動装置は、筒状のシリンダと、シリンダに往復移動可能に収容され、シリンダ内に形成された流体室に面し、供給源から流体室内に流入する流体によって往復移動方向の一方側の位置から他方側へ動くことにより、制動力を発生させるための液圧を発生するマスタシリンダのマスタピストンを助勢する助勢ピストンと、流体室をシールする弾性変形可能なシール部材と、を備え、助勢ピストンが一方側の位置にある状態で、流体室は、供給源と連通する第1室と、当該第1室と絞り流路を介して連通する第2室とに区画され、シール部材は第2室をシールする。【選択図】図2
