PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber band holder that holds rubber bands and that as necessary enables only arbitrary singular or plural rubber bands to be removed at once as well as conventionally removing only one rubber band.SOLUTION: The rubber band holder includes: a main body which is composed of a hook part 2 for holding rubber bands 6 and of a housing part 1 for weather resistance and dust protection of the rubber bands covering the hook part; and a catching plate 3 which is attached to the front face of the hook part and which is detachable. With the catching plate 3 attached/detached, the rubber bands are housed and restrained together in the holder.
