Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel gene (polynucleotide) encoding an FAD-conjugated glucose dehydrogenase having excellent properties in that it is excellent in reactivity to glucose, thermal stability, and substrate-recognition performance and also has a low activity for maltose; a method for producing the enzyme by using a transformant cell transfected with the gene; and a method for use in measurement of glucose, a reagent composition for use in measurement of glucose, a biosensor for use in measurement of glucose and the like, each using the enzyme obtained.SOLUTION: A biosensor for use in measurement of glucose uses glucose dehydrogenase, wherein the glucose dehydrogenase is FAD-conjugated glucose dehydrogenase having an action of dehydrogenating glucose produced by Aspergillus oryzae transformed with a recombinant vector for transformation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】グルコースに対する反応性、熱安定性、基質認識性に優れ、しかもマルトースに対する作用性が低いという優れた特性を有するFAD結合型グルコース脱水素酵素をコードする新規な遺伝子(ポリヌクレオチド)、該遺伝子により組換えられた形質転換細胞を用いる該酵素の製造方法、並びに、得られた該酵素を使用するグルコースの測定方法、グルコース測定試薬組成物、及びグルコース測定用のバイオセンサ等の提供。【解決手段】グルコース脱水素酵素を使用するグルコース測定用バイオセンサであって、前記グルコース脱水素酵素は、形質転換用組換えベクターによって形質転換されたアスペルギルス・オリゼにより産生されたグルコースを脱水素する作用を有するFAD結合型グルコース脱水素酵素。【選択図】図1
