Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation control device by which, while operating a power generator, its control property is detected and on the basis of the detected control property, power is extracted with high efficiency, a power generation control method and a program.SOLUTION: While a wind power generator 3 is operated, a power generation control device 1 automatically changes a load relating to power generated by the wind power generator 3 and detects a control property of the wind power generator 3 by which high power can be obtained. Thus, there is the effect that high power can be extracted in accordance with a property curve indicating the control property detected by the power generation control device 1 during the operation without designing a dedicated power generation control device for each wind power generator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】発電機を稼働させながらその制御特性を検出し、検出した制御特性に基づいて、高効率に電力を取り出す発電制御装置、発電制御方法、及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】 発電制御装置1は、風力発電機3の稼働中に、風力発電機3が発電する電力に関する負荷を自動的に変更し、高い電力が得られる風力発電機3の制御特性を検出する。これにより、風力発電機毎の専用の発電制御装置を設計することなく、発電制御装置1により稼働中に検出された制御特性を示す特性曲線に従って高電力を取り出すことができるという効果を奏する。【選択図】図4
