Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive particle which can achieve both excellent conduction reliability and excellent insulation reliability when it is used as a conductive particle to be blended with an anisotropic conductive adhesive.SOLUTION: A conductive particle 100a comprises a resin particle 101, and a metal layer 103 disposed on the surface of the resin particle 101. The metal layer 103 comprises a palladium particle 105 and a nickel particle 107 and has a projection 109 on its external surface.
