Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a heat taking pipe connection work and a work for correcting a curling habit of heat taking pipe when both precast pile and heat taking pipe are installed underground by a pre-boring construction method, and to perform an efficient installation of the heat taking pipe into the precast pile in helical manner together with insertion and installation of the precast pile before soil cement is hardened.SOLUTION: A going pipe 2 and a return pipe 3 are wound and bundled, a heat taking pipe unit 1 having ends of each of the pipes connected by U-shaped joint 4 is installed inside a precast pile 8 under a state in which a terminal end part of the heat taking pipe unit 1 is fixed to the lower end part of the precast pile 8, and the precast pile 8 is inserted into a boring hole 23 under a state in which the upper end part of the heat taking pipe unit 1 is held at the ground side, the going-pipe 2 and the return pipe 3 in the heat taking pipe unit 1 are extended toward the boring hole in a helical manner and the heat taking pipe unit 1 is extended over an entire length of the precast pile 8 in a helical manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】プレボーリング工法によって既製杭と採熱管とを地中に設置するに際して、採熱管の接続作業を無くすとともに、採熱管の巻き癖直しの作業を無くし、かつソイルセメントが硬化する前に、既製杭の挿入設置と併行して既製杭の内部に採熱管を螺旋状に効率良く設置する。【解決手段】往き管2と還り管3とを巻き束ね、それぞれの管の末端をU字型継手4により接続した採熱管ユニット1を既製杭8の内部に、前記採熱管ユニット1の末端側端部を既製杭8の下端部に固定した状態で設置し、前記採熱管ユニット1の上端部を地上側で保持した状態で、前記既製杭8を掘削孔23に挿入することにより、前記採熱管ユニット1の往き管2と還り管3とを掘削孔の方向に螺旋状に伸張させ、前記採熱管ユニット1を既製杭8の全長に亘って螺旋状に伸張させる。【選択図】図13 |
