Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To match sheets on a sheet discharge tray by eliminating trouble such that a sheet has its rear end hopped up to be caught by a raised wall at a sheet discharge port in the high-humidity environment.SOLUTION: A sheet discharging device includes: a sheet discharge part which discharges a sheet having an image formed from a sheet discharge port; a sheet discharge tray where the sheet discharged from the sheet discharge port is stacked; a tray elevation drive part 135 which places the sheet discharge tray in elevation operation to the sheet discharge port; an environment detection part 109 which detects temperature and humidity; and a control part 131 which controls a discharge speed of the sheet and a moving-up/down action of the sheet discharge tray on the basis of detection results of the environment detection part 109. The control part 131 controls the discharge speed of the sheet to the sheet discharge tray to a speed faster than a preset normal environment-time speed when a detection result of the environment detection part 109 indicates a high-humidity environment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】高湿度環境下において排出用紙にカールが発生した場合でも、用紙後端部が跳ね上がりによって用紙排出口の立ち壁に引っ掛かるといった不具合を解消して、排紙トレイ上での用紙の整合性を図る。【解決手段】画像形成された用紙を用紙排出口から排出する用紙排出部と、用紙排出口から排出された用紙が積載される排紙トレイと、排紙トレイを用紙排出口に対して昇降動作させるトレイ昇降駆動部135と、温度及び湿度を検出する環境検出部109と、環境検出部109の検出結果に基づいて用紙の排出速度及び排紙トレイの上下動作を制御する制御部131とを備え、制御部131は、環境検出部109による検出結果が高湿環境を示している場合には、排紙トレイへの用紙の排出速度を予め設定されている通常環境時の速度より速い速度に制御する。【選択図】図3 |
