Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment liquid coating apparatus capable of preventing and/or suppressing the occurrence of damage on a drying device caused by abnormality detection by a non-contact type temperature sensor and malfunction in a contact type temperature sensor.SOLUTION: A treatment liquid coating apparatus includes a dry control section 260 for controlling heating of heating rollers 40a to 60b provided in dry means 350 to be used for drying treatment liquid using a duty ratio calculated on the basis of an actually measured surface temperature. The dry control section 260 includes a non-contact type temperature sensor for detecting the surface temperature for each heating roller 40a to 60b and a contact type temperature sensor which can be in contact with and separated from the heating rollers 40a to 60b by contact/separation means. When the contact type temperature sensor is contacted and separated, a temperature difference with the non-contact type temperature sensor is checked. When the check result is outside a specified range, the abnormality detection of the non-contact type temperature sensor is determined, the separation of the contact type temperature sensor is determined to be completed, and power feeding to heaters 41a1 to 61b1 of the heating rollers 40a to 60b is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】非接触式温度センサでの異常検知および接触式温度センサでの動作不良が原因する乾燥装置へのダメージの発生を防止および/または抑制できる処理液塗布装置を提供する。【解決手段】処理液の乾燥に用いられる乾燥手段350に備えられた加熱ローラ40a〜60bの加熱を、実測された表面温度に基づいて算出したデューティ比を用いて制御する乾燥制御部260を有し、乾燥制御部には、加熱ローラ毎に表面温度を検知する非接触式温度センサと接離手段により加熱ローラに接離可能な接触式温度センサとが備えられ、接触式温度センサの接触時および離間時に、非接触式温度センサとの温度差をチェックし、チェック結果が規定範囲内外である場合に非接触式温度センサの異常検知を判定し、接触式温度センサの離間が完了していないと判定して加熱ローラのヒータ41a1〜61b1への給電を停止する。【選択図】図2
