Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zero gas refiner for COconcentration measurement, which is capable of continuously refining a zero gas suitable for COconcentration measurement and high in quality, and which realizes maintenance free over a long period.SOLUTION: Employed is a zero gas refiner comprising: a moisture adsorbent and a COadsorbent which are heated to a prescribed reproduction temperature to allow desorption of an adsorption component and recover the adsorption ability thereof; a refiner main body that refines a zero gas and guides the zero gas out while adsorbing moisture and COin an introduced sample gas or the atmosphere by the moisture adsorbent and the COadsorbent housed inside the refiner main body in this order; and a heating mechanism that heats the refiner main body when the adsorption ability of the moisture adsorbent and the COadsorbent is reduced to a prescribed value or lower. 【課題】CO2濃度測定に好適な品質の高いゼロガスを連続精製でき、長期間に亘るメンテナンスフリーが可能なCO2濃度計用ゼロガス精製器を提供する。【解決手段】所定の再生温度まで加熱することにより吸着成分が離脱し、吸着能が回復する水分吸着剤及びCO2吸着剤と、導入された試料ガス又は大気中の水分及びCO2を、内部に収容した前記水分吸着剤及びCO2吸着剤によってこの順で吸着し、ゼロガスを精製して導出する精製器本体と、前記水分吸着剤又はCO2吸着剤の吸着能が所定以下に低減したときに前記精製器本体を加熱する加熱機構とを備えたゼロガス精製器を採用した。【選択図】図1
