Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus for crystalline molten slag, the apparatus capable of manufacturing crystalline molten slag excellent in mechanical strength with reduced quality variations, and furthermore requiring a small amount of energy consumption.SOLUTION: Incineration ash is melted in a melting furnace 2 to form an incineration ash molten material 3, then the incineration ash molten material 3 is poured into a slag pan 4, and enters a tunnel chamber 6 by transported by a vehicle. Further, after stayed in the tunnel chamber 6 for a prescribed time, during the time transported out from the other end, radiation heat is received by fins 11 which are disposed in the chamber 6 for cooling the incineration ash molten material by making air flow from the other end or one end of the tunnel chamber to the one end or the other end. A cooling speed of the incineration ash molten material 3 is controlled by controlling a flow rate of the air made flown into the tunnel chamber 6, and the heat of air exhausted from the tunnel chamber 6 is recovered.
【課題】機械的強度に優れ、品質のバラツキが少ない結晶質溶融スラグを製造することができ、しかもエネルギー消費量の少ない結晶質溶融スラグの製造装置を提供することを解決すべき課題としている。【課題を解決するための手段】溶融炉2で焼却灰を溶融して焼却灰溶融物3とし、焼却灰溶融物3をスラグパン4に注ぎ、車両で運搬してトンネル室6内に入れる。そして、所定時間の間トンネル室6内に滞留させた後、他端から搬出する間に、該トンネル室の該他端又は該一端から該一端又は該他端に向かって空気を流すことによって該焼却灰溶融物を冷却する室6内に設けたフィン11によって輻射熱を受けとり、該トンネル室6に流す空気の流速を制御することによって該焼却灰溶融物3の冷却速度を制御するとともに、該トンネル室6から出た空気の熱を回収する。【選択図】図1 |
