When a carbon nanotube-containing layer comprising the resin composition is formed on a substrate to a film thickness of 10 μm, the laminate has Lof 2.5 or less, aof -2 or more and 2 or less, and bof -1.5 or more and 0 or less measured in a layer lamination direction. L, a, and beach represent a value in the Labcolor system specified by JIS Z8729. 【課題】青味があり、かつ黒度の高い漆黒性に優れた樹脂組成物を提供すること。また、その積層体を提供することを提供すること。【解決手段】少なくともカーボンナノチューブと樹脂とを含んでなる樹脂組成物であって、基材上に積層された、前記樹脂組成物を含むカーボンナノチューブ含有層の膜厚が10μmである際、積層された面方向から測定した積層体のL*が2.5以下、a*が−2以上2以下、かつb*が−1.5以上0以下であることを特徴とする樹脂組成物。(ただし、L*、a*およびb*は、JIS Z8729で規定されるL*a*b*表色系における値を表わす。)【選択図】なし
