Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer sheet having less defects in appearance such as melt fracture, excellent in uniformity in the thickness of each layer.SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for manufacturing a multilayer sheet includes a resin introduction unit 2 for introducing two kinds of thermoplastic resins into a plurality of slit channels through different channels, respectively, a slit unit 3 having the slit channels alternately stacked for transporting the respective thermoplastic resins, a resin extending unit 4 which allows the thermoplastic resins each to be joined in a stacked state and to be extended in the width direction of the channel, and a T-die 5 for extruding the stacked resins. The slit unit 3 has 9 to 150 slit channels in total. Each of the slit channels has a height of 0.5 to 10 mm at the resin introduction port of the slit unit 3. The manufacturing apparatus 1 has a parallel section including stacked slit channels having the same height, width, and length as those of the slit channels each, with a length of 30 to 70 mm, at the rear of the slit unit 3. A method for manufacturing a multilayer sheet uses the manufacturing apparatus 1. 【課題】メルトフラクチャー等の外観不良が少なく、各層の厚さの均一性に優れた多層シートを提供する。【解決手段】2種の熱可塑性樹脂を異なる流路を介して、それぞれ複数のスリット流路に導入させる樹脂導入ユニット2と、各熱可塑性樹脂を搬送するための複数のスリット流路が交互に積層して配置されているスリットユニット3と、各熱可塑性樹脂を積層させた状態で合流させ、流路の幅方向に拡張させて導出する樹脂拡張ユニット4と、積層させた樹脂を押し出すTダイ5とを備え、スリットユニット3のスリット流路数が合計9〜150であり、スリットユニット3の樹脂導入口における各スリット流路の高さが0.5〜10mmであり、スリットユニット3の後部に、各スリット流路の高さと幅と長さが同一で、長さが30〜70mmであるスリット流路が積層された並列部を有する多層シート製造装置1である。また製造装置1を用いる多層シートの製造方法である。【選択図】図1
