Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat diagnostic device which can be post-fitted to an existing ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and can perform safe fat diagnosis of the living body deep part such as a liver.SOLUTION: A fat diagnostic device 10 attached to an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 1 comprises: a sub probe 4 capable of emitting an ultrasonic wave for heating; a fat measurement control part 11 which performs heating control by emitting the ultrasonic wave generated by an ultrasonic wave source 21 for heating to a measurement portion via the sub probe 4, and performs control to measure echo signals before and after heating by transmitting pulse signals via the sub probe 4; a fat information calculation part 12 which calculates fat information including the ultrasonic velocity change from the echo signals before and after heating; and a probe holder 5 to which a main probe 2 and the sub probe 4 are mounted, which is provided with a common emission port 5d for emitting the ultrasonic wave emitted from each probe to the measurement portion and makes any one of the ultrasonic waves transmitted/received in a selective manner. 【課題】既存の超音波診断装置に対して後付けで、肝臓等の生体深部の脂肪診断を安全に行うことのできる脂肪診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】超音波診断装置1に付設される脂肪診断装置10であって、加温用の超音波照射が可能な副プローブ4と、加温用の超音波源21で発生させた超音波を、副プローブ4を介して測定部位に照射することにより加温制御を行うとともに、副プローブ4を介してパルス信号を送波し加温前後のエコー信号を測定する制御を行う脂肪測定制御部11と、加温前後のエコー信号から超音波速度変化を含む脂肪情報を算出する脂肪情報算出部12と、主プローブ2と副プローブ4とが装着され、各プローブから照射される超音波を測定部位に出射する共通の出射口5dが設けられ、かつ、いずれか一方の超音波を選択的に送受させるプローブホルダ5を備えた構成とする。【選択図】図1
