Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation member including a silicone rubber elastic layer having a carbon nanotube contained therein, which suppresses peeling (adhesion failure) at the interface caused by insufficient adhesion between a base member and the silicone rubber elastic layer, and which secures adhesion durability.SOLUTION: A fixation member for electrophotography includes a base member, an elastic layer and a surface layer. In the fixation member, the elastic layer contains a silicone rubber as a base material and has a carbon nanotube contained therein as a filler. An elastic modulus ratio E200/E50 between an elastic modulus E50 at 50°C and an elastic modulus E200 at 200°C of the elastic layer is 0.5 or more and less than 1.0, the adhesive strength between the elastic layer and the base member is 3.0 N/cm or more and 20.0 N/cm or less, and the elastic layer is subjected to cohesion failure at the time of a peeling test. 【課題】カーボンナノチューブを配合したシリコーンゴム弾性層を有する定着部材を用いた際の、基材とシリコーンゴム弾性層との接着が不十分なことに伴う界面でのはく離(接着破壊)を抑制し、接着耐久性が確保された定着部材を提供する。【解決手段】基材、弾性層及び表層を有する電子写真用の定着部材であって、該弾性層がベース材としてシリコーンゴムを含み、充填剤としてカーボンナノチューブが含有されており、該弾性層の50℃での弾性率E50と、200℃での弾性率E200との比、E200/E50が0.5以上1.0未満であり、該弾性層と基材との接着強度が3.0N/cm以上20.0N/cm以下で、且つ、はく離試験時に弾性層が凝集破壊することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1A
