Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyrolysis gas combustion device capable of sufficiently curbing corrosion of a superheater tube of a waste heat boiler.SOLUTION: A combustion device 90, mounted with a waste heat boiler 20, to combust chloride-containing pyrolysis gas generated from a waste gasification melting furnace 80 comprises: a combustion chamber 10 which has a shape of a vertical cylinder; a burner 12 which is installed in the combustion chamber 10 to combust the pyrolysis gas; and a sulfur supply section 14 which supplies a sulfur-containing compound to the combustion chamber 10. The burner 12 ejects the pyrolysis gas in a direction parallel to the direction of the tangent to an inner wall of the combustion chamber 10 and generates a swirl flow 11 of combustion exhaust gas in the combustion chamber 10. The sulfur supply section 14 supplies the sulfur-containing compound to the swirl flow 11.
【課題】廃熱ボイラの過熱器管の腐食を十分に抑制することが可能な熱分解ガスの燃焼装置を提供すること。【解決手段】廃熱ボイラ20を備える廃棄物ガス化溶融炉80から発生する塩化物を含む熱分解ガスを燃焼する燃焼装置90であって、縦型円筒形状を有する燃焼室10と、燃焼室10に設置され、熱分解ガスを燃焼するバーナ12と、燃焼室10に硫黄含有化合物を供給する硫黄供給部14と、を備える。バーナ12は、燃焼室10の内壁の接線方向と平行方向に熱分解ガスを吐出して、燃焼室10内において燃焼排ガスの旋回流11を形成する。硫黄供給部14は、旋回流11に硫黄含有化合物を供給する。【選択図】図1 |
