Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a preform for a fiber-reinforced plastic molding used for forming a reinforced fiber base material in which a bridge in a corner part is eliminated, dimensional variation on preforming of the reinforced fiber base material is reduced, a surplus waste of the reinforced fiber base material is reduced, and low cost, high accuracy and versatility are improved by collectively press-forming a complex shape.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a preform is used for forming the reinforced fiber base material by using a mold, and includes at least: a preforming process for previously arranging a positioning member in a predetermined position of the reinforced fiber base material, and positioning the positioning member in a position guide arranged in the mold; and a forming process for pressing the preformed reinforced fiber base material by the mold. 【課題】強化繊維基材を賦形する繊維強化樹脂成形用プリフォームの製造方法であって、コーナー部のブリッジをなくすと共に強化繊維基材のプリフォーム時の寸法バラツキの低減を図り、強化繊維基材の余分な廃棄を低減すること、また、複雑な形状を一括したプレス賦形で行うことにより、低コスト、高精度、汎用性を高めることを目的とする。【解決手段】成形金型を用いて強化繊維基材を賦形するプリフォームの製造方法であって、前記強化繊維基材の所定の位置に予め位置決め部材を配置し、前記成形金型に設けられたポジションガイドに前記位置決め部材を位置合わせする予備賦形工程と、予備賦形された前記強化繊維基材を、前記成形金型によりプレスする賦形工程と、を少なくとも有することを特徴とするプリフォームの製造方法。【選択図】図4
