Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power supply coil device that can be configured to be thinner.SOLUTION: In a coil device 10 in which a coil wire 14 is wound around the periphery of a thin flat plate type ferrite core 11 having a rectangular section having long sides 11a and short sides 11b, film-like insulation sheets 12 obtained by molding winding guides in a sheet-shape are attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the ferrite core which correspond to the long sides. Curved guide members 13 each having a semicircular section which moderate curving of the coil wire are disposed at both the side surfaces of the ferrite core which correspond to the short sides. The band plate type coil wire 14 is wound along the winding guide from the upper side of the insulation sheet and the curved guide member.
【課題】より薄型化を図ることの可能な非接触給電用のコイル装置を提供する。【解決手段】長辺11aと短辺11bを有する断面矩形の薄型平板状のフェライトコア11の外周にコイル線14を巻回したコイル装置10において、長辺に相当するフェライトコアの上面と下面に巻回ガイドをシート成形したフィルム状の絶縁シート12を張り付ける。短辺に相当するフェライトコアの両側面に、コイル線の曲がりを緩やかにする断面半円形の湾曲ガイド部材13を配置し、絶縁シート及び湾曲ガイド部材の上から帯板状のコイル線14を巻回ガイドに沿って巻回した。【選択図】図1 |
