Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety characteristic at a gas cooking stove having a function for controlling a fire power of a gas cooking stove burner on the basis of a detected temperature of a pan bottom temperature sensor and detected information of a pan detecting sensor.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a gas cooking stove burner 2 for heating a cooking container P mounted at a heating position of a cooking stove main body 10; a pan bottom temperature sensor 17 vertically installed under a state in which it can be slid upward or downward at the heating position and contacted to detect a pan bottom temperature of the cooking container P installed at the heating position; a pan detecting sensor 18 for detecting whether the pan bottom temperature sensor 17 is protruded or pushed down; and temperature decreasing judgment means for judging whether or not a descending degree of the detected temperature of the pan bottom temperature sensor 17 is more than a reference value after the gas cooking stove burner 2 is turned off. When the pan bottom temperature sensor 17 is kept to be pushed down and the decreasing degree is more than the reference value, a prescribed abnormal countermeasure processing is carried out under a determination that the pan bottom temperature sensor 17 is under the abnormal protrusion state.
【課題】鍋底温度センサの検知温度や鍋検知センサの検知情報に基づいてコンロバーナの火力を制御する機能を備えたガスコンロにおいて、安全性の向上を図ること。【解決手段】コンロ本体10の加熱位置に載置された調理容器Pを加熱するコンロバーナ2と、加熱位置に上下摺動可能な状態で立設され、加熱位置に載置された調理容器Pの鍋底温度を接触検知する鍋底温度センサ17と、鍋底温度センサ17が突出状態であるか押下状態であるかを検知する鍋検知センサ18と、コンロバーナ2が消火された後、鍋底温度センサ17の検知温度の降下度合が基準以上であるか否かを判定する温度降下判定手段とを備え、鍋底温度センサ17が押下状態である場合に、前記降下度合が基準以上であれば、鍋底温度センサ17の突出異常であるとして所定の異常対応処理を行う構成としたこと。【選択図】図1 |
