Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a function of pedestrian protection while layout flexibility in an engine room is improved.SOLUTION: A resonator 10 is composed by integrally welding an upper side housing and a lower side housing. The upper side housing is formed by a hard member, for example, a polypropylene resin(PP). The lower side housing is formed by a soft member, for example, Santoprene(TPV) which is softer than the upper side housing and can be bent, and provided with an uneven portion 24a extending in a ripple shape in a plane view on a bottom surface. The resonator 10 is disposed generally above an engine E which is an internal combustion engine. 【課題】エンジンルーム内における配置自由度を向上させながら、歩行者保護の機能を確保すること。【解決手段】レゾネータ10は、上側ハウジングと下側ハウジングとが一体的に溶着して構成され、上側ハウジングは、例えば、ポリプロピレン樹脂(PP)等の硬質部材で形成され、下側ハウジングは、上側ハウジングよりも軟質で撓曲可能な、例えば、サントプレーン(TPV)等の軟質部材で形成され、且つ、底面に平面視で波紋状に延在する凹凸部24aを設け、レゾネータ10は、内燃機関であるエンジンEの略上方位置に配置されている。【選択図】図2
