Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation method of a power library, a power library generation device, and a generation program of the power library for more accurately calculating the power consumption value of a device due to the execution of a task.SOLUTION: A generation method of a power library includes: a calculation formula generation process that a processing part extracts, for each API(Application Programming Interface) which calls a task to be executed by a processor included in a plurality of devices loaded on target hardware, an additional item indicating the power consumption value of the device corresponding to the parameter on the basis of first information having the information of the device to be referenced by the parameter of the API and second information having the specification information of the device, and adds the additional item to a calculation formula for calculating the power consumption value of the task; and a library generation process that the processing part calculates the value of the additional item of the calculation formula, and calculates the power consumption value of the task.
