Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen discharging film and a hydrogen discharging lamination film having not only a function to discharge the hydrogen gas in an electrochemical element to the outside but also a function to disintegrate easily, in the case where the internal pressure of the electrochemical element rises, to drop the internal pressure thereby to prevent the expansion or rupture of the electrochemical element itself.SOLUTION: A hydrogen discharging film is characterized by containing an alloy having PD as an essential metal and by having a groove in a film surface. 【課題】本発明は、電気化学素子内部の水素ガスを外部に排出する機能に加え、電気化学素子の内部圧力が上昇した場合には容易に自壊して内部圧力を低下させ、電気化学素子自体の膨張又は破裂を防止する機能を有する水素排出膜及び水素排出積層膜を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の水素排出膜は、Pdを必須金属とする合金を含み、膜表面に溝を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
