Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated thin film solar cell module which can achieve an integrated thin film solar cell module excellent in power generation characteristics and reliability by a simple composition.SOLUTION: An integrated thin film solar cell module comprises: a cell group in which a plurality of thin film solar cells are arranged in a series connection direction and electrically series connected; and a diode group in which a plurality of bypass diodes which are arranged adjacent to a side along the series connection direction of the cell group in the series connection direction and placed in an anti-parallel fashion with respect to one or a plurality of cells are electrically series connected. The cells and the bypass diodes are formed in a manner such that one or a plurality of layers in a laminated films where a surface transparent electrode layer, a semiconductor layer and a back electrode layer are laminated on a substrate are divided, and each bypass diode is electrically connected to the adjacent cell by either of connection of the surface transparent electrode layer of the bypass diode with the surface transparent electrode layer of the adjacent cell or connection of the back electrode layer of the bypass diode with the back electrode layer of the adjacent cell. 【課題】発電特性と信頼性に優れた集積型薄膜太陽電池モジュールを簡便な構成により実現可能な集積型薄膜太陽電池モジュールを得ること。【解決手段】複数の薄膜太陽電池セルが直列接続方向に配列されて電気的に直列接続されたセル群と、セル群における直列接続方向に沿った辺に隣接して直列接続方向に配列されて、1つまたは複数のセルに対して逆並列に配置された複数のバイパスダイオードが電気的に直列接続されたダイオード群とを備え、セルおよびバイパスダイオードは、基板上に表面透明電極層と半導体層と裏面電極層が積層された積層膜における1つまたは複数の層が分断されて構成され、バイパスダイオードは、バイパスダイオードの表面透明電極層が隣接するセルの表面透明電極層に接続されること、およびバイパスダイオードの裏面電極層が隣接するセルの裏面電極層に接続されることのいずれか一方により、隣接するセルと電気的に接続される。【選択図】図2
